How to Find the User Who Is Locking the Purchase Orders Form (Doc ID 2117086.1)

Goal

Currently, only a following simple message prompts when it comes to the situation in which mutli-users access the same PO and one of the users is updating the PO.
  "This record cannot be reserved for update. It has already been reserved by another user"

Would it be possible to identify which user is updating PO?
