Incorrect Accounting Getting Generated In Case Of Service Tax Distribution (Doc ID 2117122.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Service Tax Setups - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Incorrect accounting getting generated in the case of service tax distribution

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Accounting should get generated based on the same Code Combination ID to which the register is being hit

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the register Preference as below
RG23 C 1
RG23 A 2

2. Perform a Excise-Service distribution and make sure enough balances are there in C Register
3. Check the accounting
4. Instead of CENVAT Capital Goods ,CENVAT Raw Material Balances is getting credited.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reconcile the accounts properly
