When A User Group Is Added As A Group Admin, Access Notification Is Not Sent (Doc ID 2117125.1)

Symptoms

Problem

When a user group is added as a group admin in OPH (Oracle Product Hub), access request notification is not sent to members; the notification is sent only to single user, but not to the members of user group added as an admin.

Expected Behavior

Expect the notification to be sent to all the members of user group added as an admin.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Development Manager
2. Navigate to: People and Roles > People, group and companies
3. Complete setup.
4. See the notification is sent only to a single user.
