Symptoms

When attempting to release hold on Internal Sales Order

Error Message

Note:
This hold is a system seeded hold and cannot be released by the user.

Steps
1. Go to Order Management responsibility>Orders, Returns>Sales Orders
2. Query the Internal Sales Order
3. Go to lines, select the line
4. Select Actions >Release Holds
5. Select Reason and enter comments
6. Click on Release button, notice the error displayed on the form
