On : 12.2.5 version, General iRecruitment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading from 11i to 12.2.5, the initial value personalizations are no longer working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect previously defined personalizations to continue to work.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
On Vacancy search screen, default an initial value for status.  The initial value does not appear.
