When running the PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects, no revenue is generated for a project  if there is a specified date in the expiration date of the agreement.

Steps to reproduce:

Using a Projects responsibility:

1.  Created a project.

2.  Create an agreement with agreement expiration date as '31-may-2005'      

3.  Create an event with date '31-mar-2007'

4.  Run PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects with accrue through date as '31-mar-2008'
