Symptoms
When running Requisition Import receive an error when trying to load a Requisition with Service type of items.
After the requisition is loaded and the requisition import program is run error occurs
ERROR
You cannot approve this requisition. The sum of allocation does not add up to 100.
Steps to replicate
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Run req import for requisition with service type of items.
3. error occurs in req import
Unable to run req import for service type item requisitions.
