Unable To Check The Standard Rate Check Box In Routings Form After R12.2 Upgrade (Doc ID 2117481.1)

Goal

After upgrade from R11i to R12.2, the Standard Rate check Box in Routings for a Standard Discrete Job form can not be changed when the Standard Rate check box of the resource definition in BOM is not checked.

But in 11i, it can be changed even though the Standard Rate check box of the resource is not checked.
