Voluntary Termination Date is Accepting Past Date via Employee Service Responsibility (Doc ID 2117581.1)

On Voluntary Termination Page or Function.

Employee can updated his/her termination date before date of actual termination date means Notified date is greater than Actual date of leaving. How this is possible as per customer?

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Application with Employee Self Service Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Voluntary Termination Page.

3. Update or Enter the actual termination date less than system or current date.

4. It accept the past date in Voluntary Termination Page, which is not correct functionality. It should allow only current and future dated dates.
