Emails Not Being Moved To "Oracle Processed" Folder By Download Processor (Doc ID 2117902.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Other Components



Emails are getting downloaded by the Email Center download processor, a number of them (some not all) don't get moved into the "Oracle Processed" folder as they should.

The  following error recorded in IEM_DP_LOGS:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.sun.mail.imap.IMAPFolder.handleResponse(IMAPFolder.java:1902)
at com.sun.mail.iap.Protocol.notifyResponseHandlers(Protocol.java:164)
at com.sun.mail.iap.Protocol.simpleCommand(Protocol.java:295)
at com.sun.mail.imap.protocol.IMAPProtocol.copy(IMAPProtocol.java:1167)
at com.sun.mail.imap.protocol.IMAPProtocol.copy(IMAPProtocol.java:1149)
at com.sun.mail.imap.IMAPFolder.copyMessages(IMAPFolder.java:1275)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.broker.EMTABroker.moveToFolder(EMTABroker.java:602)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.broker.EMTABroker.downloadEmails(EMTABroker.java:377)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.broker.EMTABroker.postProcess(EMTABroker.java:101)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.broker.BrokerHandler.postProcess(BrokerHandler.java:134)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.controller.Worker.run(Worker.java:184)
