11i: CE: Unable To Delete The Interface Lines From Bank Statement Interface Form (Doc ID 2118005.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to delete the interface lines from Bank Statement Interface form.
After clicking on Errors button , Delete button gets disabled and users cannot delete the lines. To delete the lines users have to close the form and re-open.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should allow to delete the lines.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After opening the bank statement interface form using navigation
  Bank Statements -> Bank Statement Interface
2. Delete button is enabled after opening the form for the selected bank account, we see Delete button on the tool bar is enabled.
  Once they click on Errors button, Delete button gets disabled and they cannot delete the lines. To delete the lines they have to close the form and re-open.
3. There is no forms personalization and when users try with custom code off, the form behavior is consistent, not allowing to delete the lines once we click on Errors button.
