When attempting to query an unposted journal and click the paperclip icon in the toolbar to add an attachment, the following error occurs.

FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item HEADER.attachment_edit_allowed_flag


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. General Ledger
2. Journals
3. Enter
4. Review Journal
5. Try to add attachment
