Symptoms
Project Tasks are corrupted
Task is showing in HTML screen under the correct hierarchy but it is not appearing on Forms.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see all tasks both in html and self services.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into Projects, query a project, query tasks
