Symptoms

When attempting to run GB PENSIONS AUTOMATIC RE-ENROLMENT Process in validate mode for the first time after applying the TYE patches for 2016/2017, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply TYE patches for 2016/2017
2. Use UK HRMS Manager
3. (N)-> Processes and reports -> try to run GB Pensions Automatic Re-enrollment Process in validate mode
