Symptoms
Intransit Interorg Shipments were processed where the Transfer Price account number was not assigned to the Interorg Profit Account in the Shipping Network. After updating the Interorg Profit Account, re-running Create Accounting, and reviewing Create Accounting Events, the event contains the following errors:

Ledger Error
Message Number: 95271
Message Description: 'The code combination 0 from the source associated with Journal Line Type XYZ owned by User is invalid. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that: &MESSAGE'
Subledger Journal Entry Error
Message Number: 95286
Message Description: 'The code combination id 0 does not exist. Please review the accounting definitions and the extract source values for the event and make sure valid account code combinations can be derived for the subledger journal entry.'
STEPS

1. Create and process Internal Requisitions/Internal Orders
2. Run OPM Preprocessor
3. Run Create Accounting
4. View Accounting Events
