Can you restrict absence element from displaying in Hours_Type (LOV), while creating a time card on self service page and Timekeper Form ?
We have a requirement that, employee should not see absence elements in the Time entry screen in both self service and timekeeper interface.
We have configured absences as "VIEW ONLY".
1) When employee want to submit the time card.
2)Then employee select create time card page.
3) He has to select Hours type and enter time for that particular hours type (Eg: Straight time). While selecting the hours type he is able to see all the hours types (elements) including the absences elements. Now here we have to restrict (hide) the absence element to see from the drop down List.
