After Changing the Main Establishment, HQ Registration Number is not Getting Populated on Transactions

On : 12.1.3 version, Establishments
While creating transactions in Receivables, for the newly assigned Main Legal Establishment for a party, transactions are created without information in the HQ Registration Number


Expect the transactions to have the HQ Registration Number populated with the information from the Main Legal Establishment setup.


Transactions created with a date prior to the Main Legal Establishment being changed had the correct value populated in HQ Registration Number.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Legal Entity Manager
2. Navigation: Legal Entities (View Detail)->Establishments (Tab)
3. Press on Change Main Establishment
4. Enter the Start Date of new establishment and End Date Current Main Establishment ->Apply
5. Create transaction and notice that the HQ Registration Number is not being populated


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create transaction with the new HQ Registration Number populated and the transactions are not being picked up in reports.




 After changing the Main Legal Establishment for a party, transactions in Receivables are created without HQ Registration Number
