ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Budget - Funds Available Analysis returns no data. Budget - Funds Available Analysis is not showing the output file. In the log view shows it's has an output but no data in the output.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Produce output with data

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run GLGFUN Budget - Funds Available Analysis
2. Review the report Output.
