Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Product Workbench is not responding when view Bill of Materials (BOM) components

Expected Behavior
Product Workbench is responding when view BOM components.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to PIM responsibility
  2. Launch Product Workbench
  3. Search for a BOM item with many components
  4. Click on manufacturing structure
    ==>Product workbench is not responding
  5. After a long wait, see below message.
