IEX_SEND_DUNNING : IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers

Symptoms

IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers does not generate Dunning Letters for Staged Dunning Method.
 
Program finishes with no output and no error in Log file
Same works fine if setup is changed to Days Overdue


STEPS
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Collections Manager > Run IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers with the Server Side FND debug turned on.


    The debug file will show the following:
 

IEX_UTILITIES IEX_UTILITIES.StagedDunningMinAmountCheck - p_running_level :ACCOUNT
IEX_UTILITIES IEX_UTILITIES.StagedDunningMinAmountCheck - l_invoice_currency_code :USD
IEX_UTILITIES IEX_UTILITIES.StagedDunningMinAmountCheck - l_min_dunning_amount :100
IEX_UTILITIES IEX_UTILITIES.StagedDunningMinAmountCheck - l_min_dunning_invoice_amount :100
IEX_DUNNING_PVT Send_Level_Staged_Dunning - Other Exception
sid:10944835: unexpect exception
IEX_DUNNING_PVT Send_Level_Staged_Dunning - error=ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
IEX_DUNNING_PUB Send_Dunning - send_level_Failed - CONTINUE
