MFS MP (Multiplatform) App - No Problem Code Description Available In Service Request

The problem code description doesn't appear in MFS Android application, though available in Oracle
Expect that the Problem Code Description should be displayed instead of just the problem code in MFS mp.
1. Login to MFS MP(Multi Platform) app in i-OS or Android Device.
2. Click on the Service Requests icon and Select a Service Request and click on the Problem Code:
3. The list of values are displayed with the problem codes, however need to display the Problem Code Descriptions.
