Addresses in Customers Online Address Screen not Getting Refreshed after Upgrading to Release 12.2 (Doc ID 2119220.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Customer Tab

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Query a party in Customers Online
Open one address associated with the party
You click on "Cancel" button
Now open another address associated with that party
You realized that the value displayed in the "Address Line 1" field stays the same (from previous address, not this one)
You click on "Cancel" button again
Open different address again
The value displayed in the "Address Line 1" field stays the same (from the 1st address, not this one)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The address line 1 should display the value for the address you open

STEPS
-------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query a party in OCO
2. Open one address, the page displays the address information for that address
3. Click on "Cancel" Button and open another address
4. The value displayed in the "Address Line 1" field stays the same (from the 1st address, not current address user opens)

BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see correct address information

 Upgraded from Release 12.1.3 to Release 12.2.
