EBS GL-Fusion Integration
While trying to set Fusion Reporting Hub Cloud Services,
the following error occurs:
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
The following error is displayed in the FND Log :
Exception when Invoking Web Service -> oracle.apps.fnd.wf.bes.InvokerException: oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : FailedAuthentication
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility: General Ledger
2. Navigate to Other > GL Fusion Cloud Register Page > Setup Fusion Accounting Hub Reporting Cloud Service Page 1 > Setup Fusion Accounting Hub Reporting Cloud Service: Advanced Options Page 2
3. Select Ledger and Period to Initialize Balance Transfer
4. Click Apply
5. The error occurs
6. Click here for exception details: oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException is returned
