APP-AR-96831 Error Occurs When Clicking the "Apply in Detail" Button for On-Account in Application Form

In the receipt workbench form, the APP-AR-96831 error occurs when clicking the "Apply in Detail" button for the application record of On-Account.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the receipt workbench form.
- Create a receipt.
- Click the "Search and Apply" button.
- Set the search condition and click the "Apply" button.
- Click the "Apply in Detail" button for On-Account.
