Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions
When attempting to perform work order less completion, the following error occurs.

<Component> : Failed validation. Locator is not valid , Please re-enter
The message is seen for different phantom items.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Work Order-Less Completion Form
2. Enter schedule number 102012
3. Click on Lot/Serial number and enter serial number
4. Click on Done button
5. Click on SAVE button. Once click on SAVE button, get error message.
These are phantom items that do not have any onhand quantity(Wip_supply_type = 6), expect these would not be validated during backflush.
