Symptoms

When attempting to access List of Values for Field Fiscal Classification Code (For Brazil) in the Global DFF of the Master Items Form (INVIDITM), the following error occurs.

STEPS
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Inventory / Items / Master items
2. Select Brazilian Master / Query item
3. Attempt to populate Global DFF

 Upgraded from 11i to R12
