UPK: Developer Recorder Crashes and Internet Explorer (IE11) Has Stopped Working (Doc ID 2120640.1)

 UPK Recorder Disappears or Freezes and Does Not Come Back

1. Using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) or Firefox
2. Launch the Developer Recorder to capture a page, for example, in PeopleSoft.
3. The Recorder comes up on the screen.
4. Press PRTSCRN (or capture key) and the Recorder does not take the screenshot.
5. The Recorder disappears and does not come back.
6. Internet Explorer (IE11) displays the message "Internet Explorer has stopped working".
7. Need to restart the computer to end the UPK session. At times, it does not return by ending the oddev.exe process.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Start the Recorder
2. Click the item to record
3. Printscreen ...
4. Continue to record until the Recorder disappears and IE 11 displays "stopped working message".

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot record using IE11.
