Web Applications Desktop Integrator look and feel is wrong after <Patch: 19825892> R12.BNE.C
The issue only occurs with the Web ADI pages.
Other Framework pages are rendering ok.

Occurs on IE 11 & Firefox
The patch has been applied to 2 instances and the issue occurs on both.

 'Oracle Applications Look and Feel ' profile option is set correctly per <Note: 1676222.1>

Firefox Inspector shows:
