Applies to:BI Publisher (formerly XML Publisher) - Version 10.1.3.4.2 to 188.8.131.52.x [Release 10.1 to 11.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
In BI-Publisher (BIP) 184.108.40.206, whenever there is a invalid Special Or Accent character in the output result of the report, the bursting query fails and the report is not delivered to the end user.
However, when one manually schedules the report (without using the bursting option), then it is delivered to the end user.
This can be re-produced with the following steps:
1. Create a data source using Teradata jdbc driver version is 14.10.00.42.
2. Create data model.
3. View data and it shows question marks for some French characters.
