Problem Statement
When attempting to update end date of existing price list lines
from standard price list form, then the following error occurs.

Error
The price list line effectivity dates overlap with another
line having effective start date = (blank) and end date =
(blank). Within a price list, two lines with matching
product, UOM, and pricing attributes cannot have overlapping
effectivity dates.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: Price List Setup form
2. Query price list
3. Try to update end date of existing price list lines
