Cannot Add Attachments To Closed Tasks (Doc ID 2121363.1)

On : 12.1.3

Users are unable to add attachments to tasks that are closed.

The original design of the application was to prevent users from updating closed tasks,  this included adding attachments

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In MFS Laptop:
Close any assigned task.
Service request attachment button is greyed-out (disabled)

In Field Service Technician Portal:
Search for any closed task that was assigned to the technician
Select Update
Show Service request (expand details)
Add attachment
Save attachment
Confirmation message appears indicating attachment is saved but needs to be committed
There is no Apply or Save button visible to allow the commit.
