From the Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP)   why is the Debrief Task Report and PDF generated as blank pages?

1. Login to Field Service Technician Portal.
2. Query a Task -> Add some debrief lines and save.
3. Click 'Task Report', a new page is displayed with the blank Debrief details.
4. Click 'Generate PDF' button, it displays an entirely blank pdf page.
