Enhanced Lockbox Processing for Termination Quote for Delta 2 (Doc ID 2121549.1)

Purpose

This note describes the impacts to the existing application as the result of enhancements provided in Delta 2 patch. The enhancement address the issue of non processing of Termination Quote on application Lock Box receipts in the following scenarios:-

• Customer Account for which lockbox receipt is being processed already has Open Invoices
• Lockbox receipt amount does not match Termination Quote including estimated tax
• Lockbox receipt amount though equals Total of Customer Invoice balances and Termination Quote excluding tax, if there are Open Invoices  for the customer account.
