Symptoms
When attempting to open the iSupplier Portal Full Access page as an internal user (e.g., Buyer), the following error occurs:
ERROR
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
The Exception Details page shows the following additional information:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into E-Business Suite.
