Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Notes displayed on the Print Friendly report page are not correct. The notes are not related to the queried SR.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an SR and add Tasks notes.
2. Go to Log and Notes and generate the Print Friendly Format report
3. The Tasks region shows the new notes and some other related notes.
