ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Followed all setup for configuring the Filter but the filter is not showing up


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Open "Customer Support Super User" Responsibility
2- Open "Universal Work Queue" Function
3- Select "Tasks" Node
4- Select "Group Owned" Sub Filter
5- Cascade Window from Tool bar
6- No Filter is appeared as per to previous setup
