Error JBO-29000 in Item Advanced Search When Searching on Any Alternate Category

When searching on the Alternate Category in Item Advanced Search page, an Error page shows up with the following Exception Details.
The problem occurs with any Alternate Category.
The following are the Exception Details
Steps To Reproduce
- In Advanced Search page, select a Category code in the Select Alternate Category field
- Click on Go button
- Then directly click on Search button at the bottom
- Getting the Error page
