Tax Reconciliation by Taxable Account report is not giving the correct output (Doc ID 2122010.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On : 12.1.3 version, Reports Issues
While running the Tax Reconciliation by Taxable Account Report, notice that the report does not display the correct output.

For certain transactions, two adjustments were made: one at line level and one at tax level.
For the adjustment made at tax level, the amount displayed in the report was blank and for the adjustment made at line level the amount was incorrect.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Tax adjustment and line adjustment should be displayed in Tax Reconciliation by Taxable Account and fields Taxable Amount, Tax Amount and Gross Amount should be populated with the corect information.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
2. Navigation: Transactions > Transactions > Create a transaction > Make two adjustments (One at Line Level and One at Tax Level) > Save
3. Responsibility: Tax Manager
4. Navigation: Requests > Run Request > Run Tax Reconciliation by Taxable Account Report
5. Review the output and Notice the following:
> adjustment which was done at Tax level, the amount shown in the report was 'BLANK'
> adjustment against the Line level the amount shown was not correct.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot use the output of the report as it is incorrect and this is impacting tax reporting to authorities.
