On : 12.2.5 version, Agent Dashboard

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When try to enter notes in the Notes section in the Update Service Request pop-up, the system is not allowing to enter the alphabet 'u'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When try to enter notes in the Notes section in the Update Service Request pop-up, the system should allowing to enter the all the letters.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customer Support Specialist (R) -> Agent Dashboard
2. Under 'My Service Requests', click on the update icon corresponding to any SR
3. In the Update Service Request pop-up, try to enter the letter 'u'.
