Symptoms
Create Accounting fail to create cost accounts for some asset and error with the following error
95265 It is not possible to create an account mapping based upon the code combination 123456 using the chart of accounts mapping MAPPING NAME due to NO_MAPPING. Please update the chart of accounts mapping or use a different mapping.
