Error 'APP-BEN-94600' When Enrolling in a Life Insurance Plan During Open

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to enroll in Supplemental or Spouse life when an employee has declined this coverage previously, the following error occurs:
Context at time of error:
Person ID: 111111
Electable Choice ID: 11359436
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee has Decline Supplemental Life.
2. Begin Open Enrollment LE.
3. Employee adds a coverage amount for Supplemental life (making a change to his elections).
4. Press commit and proceed.
If the employee already has Supplemental Life and just changes coverage amount then there is no error/issue.
