Symptoms

After r12 upgrade all group members receive task notifications even though profile: Task Manager: Send notifications to Group and Team members is set to no.

Steps To reproduce
===========
1. Navigate > System Administrator responsibility > Profiles > system > select user 'query user' > search profile: Task Manager: Send notifications to Group and Team members and set to no at user level

2. Navigate > Service responsibility > Service Requests > Find Service Request > query SR# > go to tasks tab create new task > owner type = Group resource > Assignee type = employee > enter subject > save > click Launch Workflow button > exit application

3. Login with another user who's resource exist on same group notice in worklist task notification has been sent even though profile: Task Manager: Send notifications to Group and Team members is set to no.
