Cannot Delete the Last Currency at Customer Site Level on the Profile Amount Page

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------------------- When navigating to customer->details->under the sites tab bill-to details-->profile amounts tab->click delete icon on the details currency-> click yes to confirm to remove the last currency->returns to details currency window (currency not deleted)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ------------------------------- Should be able to delete the currency at the customer site level
