Internal Shipping Error ORA-01403: No Data Found In Package INV_RCV_TXN_MATCH Procedure Matching_logic

After the installation of patch 22086754 (Logistics Consolidated RUP13) user received the following error message when receiving an In-Transit Shipment under mobile (MSCA)
This error was happening when a delivery has two (2) different lines for the same item and the user picked and dropped these items into the same LPN. Then the user receives this In-Transit Shipment via the mobile function Express Receive – Int Ship and gets the error message.
Additionally, the same problem was happening during in-transit shipment via regular receive.
The workaround is to receive the In-Transit Shipment in 2 different transactions as it’s defined into the delivery details.
This issue is affecting the productivity as they have to create 2 or more transactions to process the In-Transit shipment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an internal requisition for the same item on 2 different lines
Line # 1 – Item A – Qty 3
Line # 2 – Item A – Qty 5
2. Import the Internal Requisition and create the internal order
3. Release and pick both lines under the same LPN.
4. Ship this delivery.
5. Receive the In-Transit Shipment thru mobile (MSCA)
Whse Mgmt – Inbound – Express Receive – Int Ship
Enter the Shipment Number, Subinventory, Loc and click on Done.
