Symptoms

The Fusion Expenses Mobile application errors with the message "No expense template is enable for mobile. Please check expense template setup." even though the expense templates are all enabled for mobile expenses.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into mobile applications using a mobile device such as Apple 6 iphone.
2. Error occurs
