R12 Formula Status Not Updated in the Form When Saving, Need to Re-query Record to See the New Formula Status (Doc ID 2122706.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Product Development Formulas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Creating a new formula, the formula status remain as "New" although the Default formula status set to "Approved for General Use" in parameters.
However when re-querying the formula the status shows "Approved for General Use". The issue appears in the latest version of form only.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the formula status as "approved for general use" after saving formula.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OPM Formulator > Formulas.
2. Find existing Formula. Create new Formula. Edit > Record > Duplicate Above. Version number + 1. Save.
3. Observe that the status in the screen is still New. No errors are displayed.
4. When re-query the record the status is changed to Approved for General Use.
