Form 1095-C Non-Covered Contact Listed Incorrectly as Covered Individual in Part III Section

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The parent of an employee is listed incorrectly on the 1095C as a covered individual.
However, the contact is a covered individual of another employee and is listed correctly on her 1095C.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Submit request name "Benefits ACA 1095C Print Report".
