Problem Code is NOT parsed into created Service Request from Email Center.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Problem Code IS parsed into created Service Request from Email Center.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Send in email, all details are parsed except the Problem Code.
