Symptoms

Find the Physical Inventory Adjustments concurrent request completes with error.

Error
SQL Error(Main-11a), Error Code = -1405
Errors out here with the message to user: INV_NO_PAST_TXN_DATES

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter physical inventory adjustments
2. Launch Adjustment Concurrent program
3. Request completes with error
