Symptoms

When attempting to open the sales order form or opening the Modifiers form,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Order Management (OM) Responsibility
2. Sales Orders > results in error
3. Pricing Manager responsibility.
4. Modifiers > Results in same error
